Small business owners
Small business owners seem to have ideas popping out of their heads constantly. That's part of the fun of running your own business: making the decisions that determine just which way your company will go.
You have so many ideas for how to grow your business and for products you could develop. You've got ideas about marketing pieces, budgeting pieces, and customer satisfaction pieces -- or maybe none of those ideas and that worries you.
Growing a successful business means making plans and paying attention to details -- some of which don't seem to have anything to do with the product or service you're selling.
Coaching can help.
What I've noticed is that when my clients take the time to separate those lists of stuff to do, of stuff to think about -- when they untangle the giant hairball, they can see which of the ideas really are the most important. With a little help from a trusted coach they can determine which must be done now and which can be done either later, or perhaps even better, by someone else.
- How are you managing all your ideas?
- What happens when too many of them pile in on top of each other?
- Do you get overwhelmed or miss deadlines and opportunities?
What if it didn't have to be that way?
What if you could plan, just a little, and what if that made a huge impact?
Before I was a coach, I had other small businesses. My 25 years of experience can help you separate and sort the kernels of your ideas
Try Coaching
If you think a coach might help, give me a call right now. (410-233-3274 I'm in Baltimore, Maryland) If it's daylight on the east coast, I'm here. If I'm not, leave a number, I'll call you back. Ask me some questions. See if we might find a way to put together an instruction book that will work for you!
If you still sorta thinking about it, use this form.
But here's a word of advice.
Talking to somebody -- who isn't your direct competition AND who knows what it's like to own and grow a small business -- is better than talking to some guy (and whoever else is listening) by some random water cooler.
You don't have to sign up for coaching for the rest of your life. Maybe just a couple months.
What would it be like to get all those ideas, all that stuff sorted out?
What would your life be like then?
