The real nitty gritty: Step one:

We will need to get to know each other a little bit, so first before we get into the work of coaching, we have a discovery session when we talk about what things are important in your life.. how you see yourself as a member of society.. in the big picture and in your smaller one. We talk about your general goals, attitudes and values.. what you want to accomplish in your life. This information helps me help you make sure that what you say you want to do fits with your core values.

There is a flat fee of $250 for this session.

Then we will agree on a schedule of meetings. It is generally a good idea to commit to a three months for a start. Coaching takes place over time. It's not a quick fix.

In those meetings:

We'll talk about what is working for you and what is not. We'll figure out ways to get more of the former and less of the latter.
What is holding you back or even just "in place?"
We'll figure out what the map of your next steps looks like. We'll talk about out how best to unfold that map and refold it so it's most useful for your planning.

How often do we meet and what does it cost?

We can plan to work together weekly or biweekly. I meet with some of my clients for an hour each every other week; I meet with others for half hour every week. But it could also be 45 minutes three out of four weeks in a month.

My most of my clients spend $400 a month for 2 hours of scheduled time. Email or phone follow up doesn't count against the time each month.

We can get together in person if you are close by. Or we can do it on the phone or in we can use a combination of both. Many of my local client appreicate the convenience of working on the phone.
