		<description>I often wondered if ADHD is sometimes party "Nature Deficit Disorder" -- there's plenty of leaves rustling out there (along with the rabbits &#38; bears).  And there's the wildly changing sky.  Even our own physiology is a dynamic kaleidoscope -- no doubt that we evolved constantly looking within and without.  Schoolhouse behavior was probably not greatly selected for until tribes began to rely on manufactured artifacts.

Maybe returning to sensations in nature is clue for getting along spelendidly with ADHD.  This would marry aspects of both the farmer &#38; hunter -- and your daily rhythms would probably fall in line with a more natural diet.  Our activities would also appear more appropriate to the general flow and energies of life.  Thus, nature provides.
